Alan Stuart is a projects lawyer based in Edinburgh with over 25 years experience in assisting clients to achieve their goals.
After qualifying Alan worked in two of Scotland's largest legal practices, he then spent 17 years in a large and well respected Scottish law firm based in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and was a partner in the Commercial department for 12 years.
Alan specialises in projects and development work and deals with non-contentious construction law, property and IT as well as commercial contracts.
Alan acts and has acted for major retailers, telecommunications clients, further education organisations, life sciences companies and space sciences organisations.
Alan is a member of the Society for Computers and Law; is a Member of the International Institute of Space Law; is a member of the International Bar Association Space Committee; is accredited as a Legal Technologist by the Law Society of Scotland and is a Writer to Her Majesty's Signet.

Aimee completed the Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction from The University of Aberdeen. She graduated in 2016 from The University of Aberdeen with a 2:1 LLB Law (Honours).
Aimee won the Law Society of Scotland DPLP Prize and the Millar & Bryce DPLP Conveyancing Prize.
Aimee's interests are in technology and in particular Space Science.
In 2004 Mark set up his own business consultancy in London and relocated back to Edinburgh in 2011,the city where he went to school and first practiced as a solicitor.
Mark provides advice on company and commercial law, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
Mark is also Group Legal Adviser to Bunker International - a sports management and marketing company based in London founded by two of his long time friends from his days at IMG/Trans World International.

Mark Lawson is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Edinburgh with over 30 years experience gained both as an in-house legal counsel and in private practice. That experience includes many years as a sports lawyer. He is qualified as a solicitor in both Scotland and England & Wales.
Mark spent three years as in-house legal Counsel with Mark McCormack's renowned International Management Group - IMG, which represented many of the era's sporting greats and other high profile individuals who were household names.
Mark then joined London based solicitors Nabarro Nathanson ("NN") in its Company Department where he became a partner. Mark was also involved in NN's motor racing division dealing with Formula One drivers, teams and organisations of the time.
In 1996 Mark joined an international trading group with interests in natural resources, leisure, trading and agriculture with its primary focus in Southern Africa where he spent three years. Projects included drawing up mining agreements (cobalt and copper mining in the Democratic Republic of Congo) through to assisting global PR programmes.
